Clonmel Business Development Park is a company limited by guarantee (CLG) which was set up in the late 1990s in response to a number of job losses in Clonmel. It consists of 13 units each of 1,000 sq.ft. and designed for small businesses either in office/administration
or light manufacturing.

The company and business units has gone through a lot of change in recent years and from the 2007 to 2015 period was largely occupied by Intellicom; a local call centre operation which at the beginning of 2015 employed circa. 200 people.

The park is currently undergoing a total reconfiguration and re-engineering to position it for the next 10 – 15 years and the brand development is part of the new direction and strategy for the company.
