  • Visitors to our website and members of the public and the wider business community that participate in CBDP digital surveys

Such information relating to (prospective) tenants may include company name, name, and contact details, (email address, mobile number, phone number, current postal address) profession, and financial information (such as bank account details), proof of insurance, vehicle related information.
  • When you visit our website; Data such as the name of your internet service provider, the website you visited us from, the parts of our site that you have visited, the date and duration of your visit, and information from the device (e.g., device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country location, and web browser type) used during your visit. We may process this usage Data to facilitate access to our website (e.g., to adjust our website to the devices that are used).   • In certain situations we may ask you to participate in a survey, this data will be processed only for the purpose of the survey and no other.
  • from third parties, such as our service providers, lawyers, entities from which we may acquire information such as guarantors, business partners, your nominated representatives.
  • otherwise, for example from our records from closed circuit television (CCTV) that we may use around or in public or common areas of the property such as parking spaces.

When the use of personal data is deemed necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or those of a third party to whom we provide your personal data, we, and/or the third party will only process your personal data for this purpose where we are of the view that to do so would not constitute an unwarranted interference with your own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.  In certain situations we may seek your consent to process your data for the purpose of conducting a survey, where you are not a current tenant of CBDP.

We, and third-party service providers acting on our behalf, will collect and use personal data for the following purposes: 

  • to arrange for maintenance or repair of the property;
  • to confirm payment of any bills;
  • to protect our assets, business, properties, and tenants of our properties;
  • for business planning purposes, for example, to adjust our services and facilities to the tenants of the property;
  • to understand the needs of our business community with regards to access to accessible property;
  • for internal control;
  • to provide access to the property and parking facilities
  • for business continuity;
  • for security purposes within our technical infrastructure;
  • to comply with legal obligations;
  • to collect debts;

The legal grounds used for these processing activities are: a) in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement and/or the execution of the agreement that is entered into with you; b) compliance with a legal obligation; c) consent (in limited circumstances, where applicable e; and d) that this is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party to whom we provide your personal data.

 

We, will collect and use personal data relating to past, present, and prospective tenants for the following purposes:

  • complying with any obligations imposed on the Company by applicable law.
  • providing you with the services you requested
  • to enter into a contract with you and monitoring compliance with the terms of our agreement;
  • administering the provision of invoices;
  • health and safety, security, or other due diligence;
  • conducting surveys;
  • establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, and complying with all applicable legal obligations.
  • direct communications providing updates on your tenancy, and any such notices regarding the services that we provide;

The legal grounds used for these processing activities are: (a) compliance with a legal obligation, (b) for the performance of our contract with you; (c) consent (where applicable) and (d) that this is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party to whom we provide your personal data.

We, will collect and use personal data relating to past, present, and prospective vendors/suppliers, consultants, contractors, or advisers (and their authorised contacts) engaged by us for the following purposes:

  • selecting you as a vendor;
  • providing you with a quote or tender;
  • monitoring compliance with the terms of our agreement;
  • administering the payment of invoices;
  • health and safety, security, or other due diligence;

We, will collect and use personal data relating to  visitors to our website and participants of CBDP Surveys for the following purposes:

  • we may collect your personal data from Contact Forms, this enables us to deal with your request in a timely manner;
  • we may ask you to participate in a survey via a direct email communication where you are an existing customer of CBDP or a prospective business contact;
  • we may send you marketing communications and newsletters which we believe may be of interest to you;
  • you may also be invited to participate in a survey via QR code, as you are not known to us, we will seek your consent to process your data for this purpose. Data relating to this activity will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose and will be deleted after six months.

We may disclose your personal data to third party recipients in connection with the above purposes, including:

  • to third parties who we engage to provide services to us, such as professional advisers, auditors, insurance companies and outsourced service providers or Processor’s software and applications providers and consultants, maintenance companies, security companies. solicitors and debt-collection agencies;
  • to competent regulatory authorities and bodies as requested or required by law (e.g., Revenue, Social Welfare, the CRO, etc.).
